I do have the same LP in stereo of the same date. Cept mine is missing the cardboard cutouts.

I saw a Parlophone reissue of Sgt. Pepper a few days ago at the Musical Collectables record show in Mississauga. It was only $15, but I already spent my whole budget and as a result I wasn't able to afford it. DAMN!!! It's a real shame because the North American versions on Capitol and Apple didn't include the chatter in the inner groove along with the dog tone that precedes it.

I have the Same album in Stereo. A good album at that. original Stereo, no crackles.
