What a year it has been and some really positive things are happening I need to share with you. As I may already have told you I traveled to Peru to learn about the Gold bullion business; first hand pictures here under the gold of Peru. Gold is very exhilarating as the precious metals are hitting all time highs as I'm sure you have seen in the news.
Ah but every silver lining seems to have a cloud and that cloud is the US economy lets look at what's going down.....
The US National debt has hit 12 trillion dollars. How much is a trillion?
A trillion is a very, very big number, and I think it would be worth spending a minute trying to get our arms around the concept.
First, a numerical review.
A thousand is a one with three zeros after it. A million is a thousand times bigger than that and it's a one with six zeros after it. At this level I can really get my mind around the difference between these two numbers. A million dollars in the bank is a very different concept from a thousand dollars in the bank.
A billion then is a thousand times bigger than a million, and it's a one followed by 9 zeros.
And a trillion is a thousand times bigger than that, and it's a one followed by 12 zeros.
So a trillion is a thousand billions, which means it is a million millions. You know what? I don't know what that means! I can't visualize that, so let's take a different tack on this.
Suppose I gave you a thousand dollar bill and said you and a friend had to spend it all in a single evening out on the town. You'd have a pretty good time.
Now suppose you had a stack of thousand dollar bills that was four inches in height. If you did, you know what? Congratulations, you'd be a millionaire.
Now suppose you wanted to enter the super-elite of the wealthy and have a billion dollars. How tall of a stack of thousand dollar bills would that be?
The answer is a stack only 358 feet high, barely reaching 1/3rd of the way up the Petronas towers.
Now how about a stack of thousand dollar bills to equal a trillion dollars? How tall would that stack be? Think of an answer.
Well, that stack would be 67.9 miles high.
And I meant stack, not laid end to end. A solid stack of thousand dollar bills, 67.9 miles high. Now that's a trillion dollars.
Ø Unemployment in real terms is at 17%
Ø Foreign governments and the UN want to end the US dollars status as reserve currency
Ø The value of the US dollar is plummeting as the Fed prints money at a breakneck speed
Ø Record foreclosures and home values have been decimated
Ø Millions have lost faith in the stock market and don't feel like getting burned again in a Goldman Sachs manipulated suckers rally
All of this adds up to the fact that Americans are being robbed by the invisible hand of devalued currency. An example would be if your 401k holds $10,000 dollars, each day it drops in value because that same $10,000 will buy so much less. It used to be during the American hay day that a dollar (backed by silver) was the working person's daily pay or that just 500 USD would buy a farm!

you hanged the flag wrong -it's supposed to be upside down and burning to show the current state of our economy ;-) Also Michio Kaku, one of the more brilliant minds of our time, even explained how and why the "missile" is NOT a missile but a plane. They didn't "come right out and say it" because it helps keep people who will believe anything the see and read on the internet as "fact" in a conspiracy state which keeps them in a mind frame of togetherness against "the enemies" of Americans.
