Looks like these guys have no clue of what they are doing or even the compnay they are supposed to work for... Frightening.... Don't know what they are trying to prove. Is it some sort of comedy? Not very funny however...
Try latest version of 7.6.04 of Remedy ITSM. You will be blown away.. And you need to get training before you use ITSM suite. Not like a layman (women) as in video..
This looks too much like a gimmick from another Service Desk Company. I recently did an evaluation of more than 7 Service Desk companies and the entire team settled on Remedy. The power of Remedy exceeded others and that is part of the reason it may look more difficult. With power comes responsibility. In this case, I would rather have a powerful system driven by enterprise requirements and learn to use the system correctly. Other systems looked sexier, but didnt have half the capability.
Thought this was a bit extreme, and that they must have been exaggerating...until I tried it. My experience was EXACTLY the same. Non-obvious UI, constant popups with cryptic errors, and the inability to LEAVE THE FRIGGING FORM! Disappointing all around. I'm quite familiar with remedy, and I struggled to even navigate around this POS.
Remedy used to be a great product...but so was the horse and buggy. BMC needs to get their act together or they won't last.
How do you seriously expect to work with a product if you have no idea of what you are doing nor basic knowledge of the stuff. This is clearly an attempt to mock the Remedy solution.
Anyone who takes the time to put something like this together obviously has skin in the game, we're not dummies...fill in the required fields and you wont get the pop-ups. Use a working computer (mine worked fine when I did it) to click and you wont get the "click" problems. I could go on. Probably some competitor trying to be cute, although I question the legality. Either way kudos for the idea, just a bit artificial.

This says more about how dumb they are than the product. classic user errorORs
You have to have some idea of what you are looking at before you can use it to do anything.
Get some training first!!!!!

A classic tale of how legacy vendors are struggling with Cloud delivery and only work on IE based browsers.
