Public Manipulation

@newcleanshoes it is serious since many people will see this commercial openly
-
very creative ads, good job to those agency for creating this ads, very entertaining to watch

@jumpinjakeflash1 No, they're not inferring that it can help land a 747 (or any plane), the purpose is to show that it's a heavy duty truck. As for flying - check the snowboarding ad, the barrel roll is pretty close to flying! I never knew it could do that! Amazing! As for showing the truck doing something that is fictional, it serves the purpose of better illustrating the intended message. And it gets people talking.. sure worked a treat on you and me...

@jumpinjakeflash1 727!

It's for fun guys chill out. Why so serious?

what a dumb commercial.

@KainHighwind19 The joke? lol, did you not hear the guy say "the mid-size nissan frontier, with full-size payload and towing"? They are trying to reposition the vehicle. Fail on my part for not catching it...but this commercial is meant to be a fun/funny way to show how the truck is not your average truck.

@jumpinjakeflash1 because it's humerus. have you seen any commercial in the last 10 years? they are all outrageous. welcome to 2k

Not a 747.
I like how they're all looking at the TV when they could see everything by looking out the window

For all who are wondering if this stunt is real. Look at the tiny disclaimer: "Fictionalization." I just don't get the point of the commercial. It is misleading. It infers that the truck is capable of helping to land the front of a 747. What purpose does this serve? Why not show it flying also? Or disappearing? Why show a truck doing something it can't really do?
