An elegantly-dressed party guest chooses a quiet corner of the venue to pull a full-body catsuit with gear out of her prim sailor-themed dress and enter the ventilation system to steal something of high value. Unfortunately, another man wants to do the same but she will not let him take her prize.

I think this is from the very short-live TV series "Spy Game". Allison Smith plays the elegant lady turn cat burglar, Maxine "Max" London. And I definitely saw Patrick MacNee in there and he was only credited as a guest in two episodes, one called "Go, Girl" and the other "How Diplomatic of You". Based on the accents that the actors are using, I think it's the "Diplomatic" episode.
