@Energi2DmaxX - yep. In an easy to make recipe like this for the home cook it's the easiest option. Otherwise, you should make a mornay sause as a substitute.

What is heavy cream? It may sound silly to u but I guarantee that I'm not the only one that doesn't know the answer to that question. Please be very specific. THANKS!

@divasyle - heavy cream is the cream in your supermarket's dairy section labeled Heavy Cream or Whipping Cream.
