  • You are very strong, nice lift, have you tried a lower hip starting position? I think you might get more power from it, your hips look the same/higher than your shoulders.

  • my back so strong when I use my legs more it doesn't help and may even make me weaker. thanks for the help though.

  • I was just talking to someone about snatch grip deadlifts and how you never see them in a normal gym. The guy i was talking to had never even heard of them... bodybuilders are funny! I prefer being a work horse not a show horse.

  • @Draykid Leave it up to an insecure youtube critic to take cheap shots such as "bad form". The very nature of this exercise dictates good form. There is no way to cheat on a deficit deadlift. Like you said, his back loves him enough to be able to be strong as an ox.

    Yeah, his lower back loved him for that. He deadlifts something like 800 pounds, so his lower back must love him a lot.
