putain le type qui a dessine cette loco , ne devai pas trop connaitre les lois de l'arodynamisme ...

Well, they are similar to Portuguese classes 2600/2620, but with important differences and the most important is that BB 15000 uses yet Power Electronics componets, despite being introduced befere CP2600, so in BB15000 we have a traction manipulator (something like 0-100% power) and in CP2600/2620 we have a 32 point Rheostatic Graduator, with 5 Shunting points, the controllers are similar to the ones used in CC 6500, but without Rheostatic Breaking. BB 15000 are more powerful also

We have those locomotives in Portugal!

i'm not sure but i think that the only sections at 3000V are property of RENFE not of SNCF, and those tracks are iberian size inside the french territory.
-
Only SNCF have sections with 3000V in LaTour de Carol, Hendaye and Cèrvere S/ Mèr (Spanish border) the other network is at 1'5kv and 25kv.
And this locomotive is also sister of the CP 2600

No, actually it's 1500.. But the SNCF does also have sections with 1500 and 3000 volt.

The Dutch Railways series 1600-1700-1800 don't run under 25000 V overhead line on the contrary of this 15000.
hello, i am french, a litte precision on the number: 15014 is the original, the "1" before is for the sevice (in use for less than 10 years), here 1 is for "voyage france europe" on main lines.please do not use 115 014, its a class 15000 engine, run under 25kV 50Hz, about 4MW, max speed 160 km/h. manufactured about 1975.
