Just a quick update:

I haven't been focused on vertical jump training the past year and a half, so this is a starting point. I've obviously been training, and there IS a little bit of carry-over to vertical, but it's not as optimized as it could be if I was focused completely on jumping.

It'll be cool to see what 8-12 weeks of dedicated vertical jump training will do. Haven't done that in a WHILE now.

@alchemistvan For sure. Sometimes it's tough with a flipcam when there are other players on the adjoining courts, but it's definitely do-able. Will get some better distance next time around. Thanks for the feedback man.
