Very cool, how often do you feed it mice? How much of a mouse will it actually consume? I have a salmon pinka bout the size of a quarter. I got her 12/1/11 and she just shed for the first time yesterday. I haven't seen her eat anything yet. Crickets seem to either die or just walk around her tank.

@JackassJunior627 King Baboons are well known to fast for months at a time because of their desert lifestyles when food is scarce and they always have to wait till the rainy seasons when pray always comes to them like grasshoppers ets.. They are also notoriously well known to be the slowest growing species of tarantula in the hobby which takes usually 6/8 years to mature. But i do have patience though. I will purchase more tarantulas soon to keep me company as i wait for my King to emerge :D

@jerumd King Babbon? Damn dude, yh it because tarantulas are mainly nocturnal. Urs might come at at night or at dawn and dusk.

@JackassJunior627 Wow!! I'm jealous :D I only got a boring King Baboon, who never shows up for about a month now from underground XD LMFAO!!
