The Lion in the first video probably weighs around 500 to 560 lbs. The Lion in the end of the second video probably weighs around 530 to 585 lbs.

Unfortunately, Lion fans get influenced by hollywood movies like Lion King, Narnia etc, but they totally forget the fact that there is a biggest cat named Tiger which is stronger and larger than lion.

857 lb bengal tiger is the largest wild tiger in record. It is there in Guinness record book. The weight was Verified by government authorities. It was nearly 11 feet in length, massive in size. There is more than 150 lb difference between largest tiger and lion. Lions can't reach the size of tigers. That's why they are called as second largest cat.

@kangarooHeart You are wrong again about lions weights. Wild lions have been recorded at 600 lbs on more than one occasion, with a popular Transvaal Lion weighing 690 lbs. So that 600 lb White Lion that I showed u is no fluke. Lions have the capability to reach a tiger's size, it just doesn't happen as often.

@kangarooHeart Also as accurate as Nat'l Geo is, they're wrong about the average size of lion and tiger. The average African Lion is 400 lbs, the average Asiatic Lion is 385 lbs. According to big cat experts, the weight of a male lion greatly varies based on genetics (poor or weak), geographical location and food availability. This is not the case with tigers. The average Bengal Tiger is 488 lbs. The average Siberian Tiger weighs b/w 350 to 420 lbs, according to the "Siberian Tiger Project".

@kangarooHeart B2 is one large Bengal, no doubt about that. But he has never been weighed by scientists, his weight is only estimated. Idk what u are trying to prove by showing me another video of the same tiger in this video page.

@TheDoomsday2011 Your estimates are pretty accurate. Those males are very healthy and large. And tiger fans say that WILD lions can't exceed 500 lbs or reach the size of WILD Bengal or Siberian Tigers. These two video links will help disprove this BIASED belief.

@kangarooHeart Those tigers are huge, no doubt about that. They are probably in the upper 600 pounds, but they are CAPTIVE. The lions that I showed in the two video links are WILD. And they are easily over 500 lbs. And probably closer to the 525 to 560 pound range.

BTW: Take a look at this CAPTIVE White Lion. He's good competition for your two CAPTIVE tigers. He's around 300 kgs.
