The form in this video is called fu hu chuan or capturing the tiger form. This is a hung gar form practiced by the taiwan lineage of hung gar. In their lineage it is believed that this form is the oldest set, taught originally by the shaolin monk Gi Sin to Hung Hei Goon. Their lineage - Wong Fei Hung - Lin Jia Goon (an older gung fu brother of lam sai wing that immigrated to taiwan) - Lin Kur Tsu - Lin Chien Hong - James Yeh.
