Cumbrian Hornpipe Set -- mandolin

This is set of hornpipes coming from the Northumbrian region of England. They are great fun to play and the idea of a set made up of these two tunes was stolen from the famous Boat Band CD entitled "A Trip to the Lakes".

The first tune, Keswick Bonny Lassies, seems to be a traditional tune and is played in the key of D. The second tune is the Grand Hornpipe in the key of G and was composed by Henry Stables in the late 19th century.
I am playing along with a recording of the Boat Band (fiddle, concertina and guitar) from their CD.

Played on a 2001 Gibson Sam Bush F-5 mandolin with D'Addario J75 phosphor-bronze strings and an antique shell pick I found in bottom a vintage guitar case I bought some years ago.
