  • i will cry all my live that wats we done to our brothers we love u u are our brothers

  • @bordermarks Thanks for the reference. I havn't read the book; I don't know what she's arguing about. I'm assuming that your argument is only a portion of her book. I would be interested knowing what she's saying in context. Having said that, you can't change the whole history based on one writer's account of what happened, especially, when the person wasn't even there.

  • @DesiRockMetal

Through this note I am replying to your query about the said book, "Dead Reckoning" by sarmila bose. You can google and find.

Once again pls excuse me for further comments and I am thankful for your information.

  • @bordermarks Bengalis didn't lift finger at the Biharis until 16th of December, when the Pak army surrendered. That's the story told by basically every journalist who were there. What's the nalme of Basu's book? Was she there? Also, you can't compare the killing of 3 million Bengalis with a few hundred Biharis, who were identified as those who carried out the genocide on Bengalis. For you telling me that my opinion is molded by Bangla nationalism propaganda is ironic.

  • @DesiRockMetal Mujib's direction was against the Pak authority but unfortunately the high emotions and anger misled them for ethnic cleansing because Bihari's stood in their way supporting Pak . This point has been certified by Basu an independent UK journalist in her book very recently. The difference between u and me is I am an eye witness, while your views are molded by Bangla nationalism propaganda. You are free to hold your opinions. Excuse me for further comments.

  • @bordermarks Please don't create history out of your ass. First of all, put what Mujib said at Paltan Maidan in context. The Pakistani authority was killing people left and right; so, Mujib said if they kill one more of his people, prepair to fight. Bengalis did not start ethnic cleansing of the Biharis. The Biharis, who mainly resided in Old Dhaka are still there. There were some Bengalis who tried to take revenge on the Biharis after the war. But to classify that as ethnic cleansing is idiocy.

  • On 3rd March Mujib addressed his chanting supporters at Paltan Maidan and ordered them,"whatever arsenal you have with you be ready with it. If we have given blood we will give more but establish a sovereign state." His followers took his words and started an ethnic cleansing of the Bihari people who didn't wanted Bangladesh. Many Bihari and Pakistani urdu speaking settlements were wiped out. Chandergona papermill neighborhood etc. And it continued till the night of 25th Dec when the army moved.

  • Sins of the fathers! we thought we were better then our own brothers, our own blood. No wonder why God cursed us like that...dont even deserve apologies
