Thanks Skimnsurfboard, yours works !!! I've looked a whole bunch of other clips and yours is a) understandable and b) it works. The others aren't.

Any thoughts on using a something like Adobe After Effects to resize and center the clip?

Thanks so much!!! Because the video only goes on the top half, I downloaded iBlanks and put 8 of them at the top of the screen so the apps dont cover the vid and it looks great! :D
