Lillian has been a client at the Shea Center since she was age 2, she is now nearly 4 and is just beginning to walk thanks to her improved trunk strength and balance she has gained from her Hippotherapy treatments. In additon to her therapy on the horse, Lillian is motivated by her favorite therapy dog Emerson. Each week she ends her session working on her walking to and with Emerson. She is highly motivated by him as you will see in this video. At nearly age 4 Lillian is now walking short distances independantly. At the time this video was taken, this was the furthest she had walked by herself getting to her friend Emerson.
