This is a new iteration of my quest for proximity sensing modules. I designed the layout which was able to be manufactured, got the plain boards shipped to me, and soldered in my components.

  • I've watched all of your vids and you have made some great progress! I'm curious, what photodiodes did you find are working best? Thanks and looking forward to your next iteration!

  • @nodtotheagedp

any photodiode with decent filter will do

    I order from mouser.com

    Part No. QSD2030F

Thanks for keeping up with my progress.

  • Awesome boards, very cool. I'm planning a similar project. Would the IR sensors work through semi-transparent plexiglass? Did you try photodetectors?

  • Hello, I am looking for abit of help. I am creating a capacitive touch system with blue and Red LED'S that light up when touched. This is for a friend who has a disabled child, and it is going to be a learning aid for them. hav 2m of blue LED's and 2m of red LED's + x8 AA cells. I ned to create x2 capacitive touch pads that are 20x20cm and when the system is on the Blue LED's are lit up when either of the pads are touched, it changes to Red LED's on, and blue off, so it basically switchesLED'?

  • is it still good with inconsistent lighting? i'm working on something similar and it's just a pain in the random body part to deal with environment and dynamic calibration.

  • very interesting ... where can get that scheme...

  • I'd like to buy yourmodules. How can I do it?

  • fukn sweet.

  • Where can I see the schematichs

  • Could you, please, send data sheet of that?

I want to make one of this :)

And i will need list of items needed :)

It would be nice if you send it to my e-mail :)
