These videos on the Book of Revelation are an in-depth verse-by-verse study in the original Greek. They exist to offset one of the saddest trends in the American Church today, that is, a departure from the clear teaching of Bible Prophecy. You see, prophecy has a way of getting our eyes off of this world and onto Jesus for we see that this world is not going to last forever. Hence, we start living to store up treasures in heaven and not on this earth. We begin to see the futility of living for this world. Also, prophecy has a way of driving home the important truth of God's sovereignty. He is in full control at all times. So much so that God has already mapped out mankind's history and only the student of Bible Prophecy can rightly discern the times in which we live. And what a comfort it is to know that we belong to this same God Who is Sovereign over all and thus can take comfort knowing that nothing enters the sphere of our lives without His divine permission. People, Jesus is coming back! There's no doubt about it. It's time we get prepared by getting back to the clear teaching of Bible Prophecy!

Man, there need to be more pastors out there that actually preach what the word of God says. Im tired of going to church and it is the same thing every Sunday. Churches are so into tradition and religion that the people dont understand how to have a relationship with God. Yes, some things should be the same each week for a little bit of structure, but tradition becomes bad when God is out of the picture.

@TechLinkOnline Jesus is saying to search them, yes, as all prophets did. Paul tells us to discern things, yes. However, in John Jesus is saying that there is no eternal life to gain from the scriptures alone. "for in them you THINK you have eternal life."

"Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me."
