Hammock Fun

This was taken at a happier times about a week ago...

Regrettably the foreground black and white baby guinea pig called "Meisje" that we handfed got tangled up in a thread that they chew loose from the hammock.

We didn't notice as we weren't at home the day prior when this happened.
In this clip you can see them chewing which probably caused the green thread to come loose along the long side of the hammock.
As they jump around from happiness (popcorning) Meisje got stuck in the thread just before we woke up to go to work and suffocated.

The Hammock is removed and a chewproof one will be installed.

R.I.P. Meisje...

Yep, out of half a kitchen towel and 4 thin ropes.

too bad the chewing of them started to take it apart causing for Meisje to get stuck in it.
