These people aren't particularly good at American/English accents, but trust me: most Dutch people can speak English with a very realistic BRITISH accent. We were taught English with a British accent at school. It's hard to switch from a British accent to an American accent. I bet you would suck at dutch too if you were taught Frysk (accent of northern Dutch people) first.
