This time a small inline engine using the small lego cilynders. It's doing only 2400 rpms, but since it's only 2 cilynders the vibrations are extreme :( I know that those small cilynder engines are capable of much more, but with only 2 cilynders i won't achieve much more (probably). The speed computer is geared down 3:1 for better accuracy.

  • how much PSI do you put into these engines at max thottle???

  • @POPCORN454545 my compressor can output a max of 8 bars (116 psi), or so it says. There's probably less at the nozzle.

  • oh cool pneumatics so did you have a compressor, and is it a reciprocating engine?

  • Yes to both. :)

  • is it an electric motor, with voltage converter?, you can have a combustion engine, all the plastics wouls melt immediatly

  • It is a pneumatic engine. The engine is run by compressed air.

  • How The Fuck Does It Go So Fast

  • God its amazing what you build. You could practically attach a propeller to this thing and it would fly away

  • wow iv make and seen lpe's with speed and power but never have i seen this much speed and power with the small cillenders! how much psi are you running? and why didnt you make a scotch yoke?

  • Hey man just woundering, Do you got instructions for this one? or do you want to share them? if you have please please can you send me instructions!

  • so im not the only one using those big rubber tires as flywheels. I know those rev meters are no longer in production, but where can i get one?

  • i thnik your engine is great already you have 2400 rpm but no torque or ???

  • ZOMG legos on steroids

  • the pneumatic switches are pretty big compared to the small cylinders. the camshaft takes up some space too. this is probably the most compact it will get.
