The Hythe Band of the Salvation Army in the City of London October 2010

Our first High Definition video! We had been invited to play outside the International Headquarters of The Salvation Army, for the City of London Open House day 2010. This is also the walk way for thousands of people linking the Millennium Bridge and St Paul's Cathederal. This video is a compilation of snippets taken during the 3 hour session. Some footage had to be rejected because of excessive noise created by the wind, frustrating for the band because you don't actually get to hear a piece from begining to end, but it is an excellent memento of what was an amazing outreach opportunity, and an opportunity to induldge in some humour, hence the "soloists gallery". I have nothing but admiration for my band who rose to the challenge and provided an excellent witness for God and The Salvation Army - Bandmaster Richard Carroll
