The characters of Ma and Pa Kettle were created by a very talented author, Betty MacDonald, in her best-seller, The Egg and I. Timeless!

There are only 2 DVD sets of the film series available in retail outlets. These came out well over a decade ago (I believe by VCI). There are many of their film's not covered in those releases. Many have yet to come out. (there are additional Kettle films not avialable in the DVD sets, available on VHS).

Ma and Pa Kettle always brought good clean laughs.
I wish TV was that good again.

Ya same. Sadly the guy who ran the only movie rental store to have Ma & Pa died so and I havent been able to find another place that has their movie.

@xJasminelovesyoux Still to lazy lol but I do miss watching the movies. The only place in my town that rented them, the owner died and the shop closed down and since then I haven't been able to find them near home.
