@gallese09 Indeed. Some of the idents from the public channels in my country were also made by very ingenious (don't know if I spelled that right...) tricks. The ones we have now are nothing compared to those from that time: what we have now is just some computer-animated 'something'

They forgot to include the "Discs" and "Stripes" idents when they showed the history of BBC2's idents.
