Why not? After all we have all of the ingredients ripe and ready for a second summer of love: an unpopular war, a sinking economy and rising gas prices, the loss of a major American city, general disillusionment with the establishment, more musicians rebelling against the fakeness of the last 8 years, and a potential atmosphere for a new sexual revolution. Why not? (though let's go easier on the drugs this time)
