Jin and Mugen are EXACT opposites if you haven't figured out by now. Their first fight was basically a draw and even to the end of the series, they never have their rematch. The reason for this is because they find no value in killing each other, but if you look beyond that, they know they can't kill each other because they're equal in their own way. Jin has formal, elite training combined with mental prowess while Mugen has raw strength combined with spontaneity.
