Primeplus/Norfolk Senior Center has been serving South Hampton Roads for over forty years. They provide quality day programs and enriching opportunities to live life to the fullest.

They service individuals, 50 and older, by providing opportunities to learn, grow and participate in activities that meet their social, emotional, physical, intellectual and economic needs. Our services include a wide variety of programs for Active Adults such as Tai Chi, ceramics, painting, bingo, day trips, and so much more.

The Adult Day Center offers a warm and friendly environment for those who need special assistance or supervision, including those with Alzheimers and/or Dementia. The adult day care services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30p.m.
