What platform are you on? And what patch number? Because I played on the pc with patch 1.0.1, 1.1.1 and 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 and none of those had it.
I have yet to play patch 1.3, because I cant really be arsed having YET ANOTHER character corrupt.

ok i got the game THERE is a layered gore BUT its wierd... you can skin all zombies bodies OCCASIONALLY their heads... rare though :( hehe

@jpowt1 No, not at all.
In the released game all that happens is if you cause enough damage to a part of them it will fall off, similar to fallout 3/NV. However offing a leg is an instant kil and on some zombies offing an arm instant kill, which isnt particularily "zombie" like.
Anyway, unless you set them on fire thier appearance does not chance, and even when you do set them on fire it just goes from one set appearance to another. There is no reaction to wounding.
