The original song, 《男と女》 (Man and Woman), by Japanese Group 恰克與飛鳥 (Chage & ASKA) , released on 1981.
Covered by Hong Kong singer Emil Chau Wakin, Song name became "You make me happy and sad", released on 1991 in his album and became a big hit.
