It is called: "Journalism of Attachment" of "Victim Journalism".
This means that the reporters and editors pick one side which seems to be weaker and promote it as the Poor Victim, no matter what are the circumstrances or facts are.
One of the major reason is actually economic - the media try to shock it's viewers and make them stick to the screen for longer time and this way they get more people exposed to the advertisments (advertisers + rating = income).

There are not 2 sides to the Israel/"Palestinian" story. There is one correct side and one side whose arguments, struggle and propaganda are built on lies and the ultimate aim of wiping the jews out

There was a time when reporters were like adventurers who traveled to dangerous far away lands to find the truth and report it back.
Those days are long gone reporters now are cowards who print whatever they are told to print even if it is the lies and propaganda of our enemies.
