The only reason he's managing her now is because he really works for her parents, not her. He's got mom and pop Spears who know next to nothing about this business as his little puppy dogs. He says "Jump" they say "how high?" Jaime basically makes most of the decisions for Britney hence Larry get's what Larry wants.
