Barium Chemtrails in Norway (HAARP tech)

January 28, 2009: The skies are being seeded with electrical conductive materials (barium) as part of a massive electromagnetic superweapons program based around the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). This weapon is based near the town Tromsø, Northern-Norway (Ramfjordmoen). The station is part of the European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association (EISCAT). The Ramfjordmoen facility also operates an ionospheric heater facility, similar to HAARP. The two planes were flying around in circles for about 25 minutes and covered the entire sky. All the 'clouds' (except the dim cirrus clouds) you can see are from the planes. Do chemtrails make the outer atmosphere more dense? Why spend so much money and time? How does this fit in with other secret projects, like underground bases? Could it be preparation for asteroid defense? Is the solar system passing through the center of the galaxy going to increase asteroid danger? I know it is not popular as an explanation, and I have no proof of my theory, but would it be that hard to believe that none of our current ideas about 'why' chemtrails exist are accurate?

@puttefnask BTW this is the best footage I've seen of chemtrails, and the FACT that it's positioned right above the EISCAT HAARP Facility MAKES IT SOO MUCH BETTER! There's no longer any doubt in my mind.

FUNNY THING IS! I WAS STATIONED AT SKJOLD IN THE ARMY WHEN THE SPIRAL HAPPENED! UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT SEE THE SPIRAL BUT TWO DAYS EARLIER I SAW SOMETHING ELSE! AND I TOLD MY FELLOW SOLDIERS ABOUT IT. THREE DAYS LATER THE SPIRAL WAS ALL OVER THE NEWS! MY BOSS TOOK THE FOOTAGE! HOLY SHIT!

It's funny how I found this on google maps while researching our HAARP facility here in Norway. You can actually check it out in street view from the road! Identical to the ones other places. There's also a huge "satellite dish", tristatic EISCAT radar system used for tracing meteorites and their content for extraterrestrial material.

There's a huge white structure, seen from above it looks like a oval shaped roof, but from street view it's not, which means it's shaped like a HALF-PIPE RAY GUN!
