There are two things that need to be considered regarding this entire LSD/toxic discussion. (1) is the Threapeutic index value, and (2) the LD50 of LSD.

btw, musicphreek, do you by any chance know the name of the performance where David Gilmour is playing "Comfortably Numb" out in the rain? You can literally see drops hitting his fingers and the frets during the solo, but he never sounded better And that's saying somethng! Even the keyboard timing is flawless And thats REALLY saying something. Maybe thats why even Waters is smiling. It's a masterpiece, but I cant think of the name. Good point! In fact almost everything is toxic if taken in sufficient quantities, even potatoes. Toxic and intoxication DO share a root word, but you can be legally intoxicated on, say weed, long before there's any danger of overdose.
