@Deyvionable It isn't too surprising when you remember that, despite the fact that the only real thing the PPGZ do is change clothes for their "disguises", they have absolutely no one realize who they are.
On a side note: A scientist manages to change 3 girls into super hero's and seems to be one of the most brilliant scientists ever (he did put the moon back together) he doesn't have the time to invest in buying masks.

A few things....First, yeah. EW BOOGERS. >.< But shouldn't Kaoru be used to things like that from boys? Since her house is mainly full of them? o.o
