Russian Prime Minister Putin gave a rare speech in English attending the European Judo Championships, which are being held in Vienna. Putin, who is a judo black belt and an honorary president of the European Judo Union, is on the visit to Austrian capital to seal the South Stream gas pipeline agreement.
