This isn't rare, it's on Furnace Room Lullaby. You don't always see it on stores, but hop onto Amazon (or just about any other store that sells music) and there it is.

BUT--I'm being nit-picky. This song is great. Thanks for uploading a good studio version of it to YouTube--makes it much easier to show people. :)
