  • I was very small....and I recall my dad watching this show when I was little

  • wow does that bring back memories! I miss the old Channel 44 they used to have a lot of great monster movies all weekend long

  • I have found out the opening music for Monster Rally Movie is actually the theme for the early 60's TV series, One Step Beyond & it was composed by Harry Lubin, who also composed the "weird" theme for the 2nd season of ABC-TV's The Outer Limits.

  • That brought back memories for me when i was a kid, seeing those monster flicks on the old WSNS in Chicago. Thanks for the memories.

  • @zenigatago fuzzy...

  • Wow....I thought the memory of this show was a dream...none of my friends remembered it..I have been hoping for ages to see this again...

  • i use to love watching this. I remember seeing "Lemora Tale of The Supernatural". True Chicago.

  • I occasionally tuned into this show c. 1977 (Got a snowy signal since I did not reside in Chicago.) Not a really great host, but a worthwhile selection of films like "Gorath" and "Lemora, The Lady Dracula". The same station also had a horror/SF movie show on Sunday afternoons called "Thing Theater" during the late '70s. Can somebody post the intro or closing to that?
