  • Yeah, but we don't think any of those guys are hot (Tommy Lee and Rodman = overrated hasbeens). And when is Steve-O not naked?

  • @SaguaroAZ Woah! I am afraid I didn't see any of those!! After we made this video, someone did tell me that a few men have appeared in PETA ads, but I've never seen any. So, point taken, but when PETA ads are still 99.9 percent women, I still see a glaring disparity here. Especially since they have demeaned women in other ways, such as making fun of fat women. Both men and women eat meat, and obesity is a problem with both genders. Nevertheless, thanks for your comment.

  • No naked guys? So what are Tommie Lee, Mario, Dennis Rodman, Ami James, and Steve O....to name a few. All men, naked!

  • @NadirDbouk PETA was wrong to make fun of fat women. Obesity is a problem among women AND men. Second, objectification is okay in the right context, but why does PETA only feature naked women? We are making the case for equal treatment of men and women in PETA ads. Third, demonizing fat women and objectifying one gender only turns off people like me who are otherwise sympathetic to PETA's cause. Nevertheless, thank you for your thoughtful comment. The video was meant to be tongue-in-cheek.

  • I agree that PeTA's advertising sucks, but are you seriously going to tell me that you are spitefully eating cheesburgers? Whether or not you view eating meat as unethical you both act entirely childish by encouraging people to eat meat and look at naked pictures of men. First, the focus is on the sexual objectification of women...not eating meat. At least that's what your "beef" with PeTA was. Second, the sexual objectification of men is no better than the sexual objectification of women.

  • PETA's a very sexist organization.

  • Erika here, from the video. Many of my friends are hard-core vegans, and I actually agree that being vegetarian is the best way to live. Elaine and I were just making fun of PETA's unabashed sexism. We had a blast making this clip!
