All web design should be focussed on usability - since all sites live and die on their user base, it is the lazy designers that don't.

Mike, perhaps if they asked you if you want ketchup at the drive through. That way you don't forget and they don't give it away unnecessarily.

If you wanted to do it right, you should not go at all to McDonald! Especially bring your kids there. Feed kids with real food rather than that s***t. :D
Apart from nutrition I LOVE your videos! And I hope it's not too late for me to become a web designer (I'm graduating in IT Engineering, but it's been exclusively programming in Java, C, C++, C# etc), but I did some HTML, CSS, javascript, php back in high school...

Mike, if it make you feel better, its not you... I mgt an McDonalds before I took my current position that i am at now. The crew is supposed to ask you if you want any Ketchup, when you order.... They failed

@archange156 It's something that a lot of designers forget to think about. But it's one of the most important things that companies look for when looking to hire a UI designer. So it's so important to start changing the way we think as designers and think with a user focused approach. ;)
