It's something that a lot of designers forget to think about. But it's one of the most important things that companies look for when looking to hire a UI designer. So it's so important to start changing the way we think as designers and think with a user focused approach. ;)

All web design should be focussed on usability - since all sites live and die on their user base, it is the lazy designers that don't.

Mike, if it make you feel better, its not you... I mgt an McDonalds before I took my current position that i am at now. The crew is supposed to ask you if you want any Ketchup, when you order.... They failed
