Horry County. SC corruption from the top down?

An environment of County wide corruption cannot survive without the participation of the highest level of public officials in the County. This video documents corruption and puts faces on the public officials who allow the corruption to go on unabated in Horry County, South Carolina which calls itself "The Independent Republic."

I can't believe our Federal Government would let WE The People down like this! I personally am in the middle of such corruption. I have even went to the point of contacting the FBI, for I dunno about 2 weeks now. I've yet to hear a response from them. I was under the impression our "Constitution" was written by the people for the people! If "WE" ban together to fight for our constitutional rights "WE" definately out number them, 'WE" have to take our rights back into our hands! I'm in, are you?

The key to this happening is for the average person to say enough is enough and vote the council out and get rid of John Weaver and the police and sheriff department command structures.. Weaver has no morals and the only time he considers the public is when he is looking down at his shoes to scrape their remains off.

The difference in times document the perjury by the police officer . Your thoughts about the years of the of the event and the lawsuit are not relevant. As a matter of fact the lawsuit is still underway. Justice is a long but critical role for freedom, both yours and all of ours.

Well, I understand your point and totally agree with you, that they were wrong to search the vehicle. But the real question is, What did they find in the vehicle? They definately found something due to the fact that this went through lenghty court process. It was most likely Illegal narcotics or contraband. Didnt the officer just do society a favor? What if those drugs caused a war that might have taken one of your loved ones? In the end people hate cops but if you think hard they are heros

Nothing illicit was found when the car was searched. The problem is violating the Constitution. The police broke the law of the land by performing an illegal search and a baseless arrest. Further key officers were bribed to do this. The Constitution is in place to prevent such criminal activity by the police. The United States Constitution is not something the police can break at their discretion. That is the legal foundation of this country and is the basis of our freedom.

Many officers get the wrong idea and think that just because their officers they should abuse their power wherever they want. If society was just for higher ups like that to flaunt their power as if society wouldn't give a fuck then those types of people shouldn't be in that position in the first place.

This crap has gone on there since at least '73. All Military, mustering out, all top secret clearances, land lady pissed about empty apt., notice and rent paid. She makes unsubstantiated claims to friend Bill Moon(Deputy), when they come to Moon's BBQ for lunch & leave, Bill calls sheriff, law tears up his van(new) searching, find nothing, fined them what cash friends have; tells them,'ya'll better go', YA THINK!! People look at how our country became what it is today. Do you think we got here by talking and complaining. Look at world history and understand this. We can talk and compromise if possible, but when evil is running our Government you need more then your voice to change things. Why do you think we go to war killing people. Thats what is needed to make a serious big change. We know when your words no longer work then physical harm is then next to make the better change. War is apart of life!

Without police life would be ruff for most of us. Police for the most part do good not always bad. I must say we have way to many laws in this country its ridiculous. The problem for solving corruption problems is for everyone to come forward and tell the truth. Ask for forgiveness from one another and try not to make the same mistakes over and over. I understand thats hard at times because again to many laws and some make no sense, money sense yes that = corruption. Love to all people

People have to understand that those in power break their own laws they enforce but if you break the law your a criminal. We all are criminals on both sides. We all have at one time, and most of us still break the law intentionally and unintentionally. Who is perfect and who is without sin????? To much corruption leads to the citizens taking matters into their own hands. Is this right or wrong? Answer is both. Be a light sleeper and watch your back at all times......

@emoswear The problem with reporting public corruption to the FBI is that the FBI has to turn to the US Attorney's office to prosecute public corruption. You're asking the government to fight itself. Even if your complaint is against the state. For some weird reason, hardly anybody involved in legal matters in the state or federal government have the level of strength and honesty necessary. It's a shame. We may live in the best country but we do not have the best government or legal system.

@jmhs866 I read your comment and you're pilosophy on the issue is flawed. It doesn't matter if they found anything or not and they may not have. I was searched and violated much worse then a search of a vehicle and I was illegally prosecuted because I was fighting the illegal search I went to trial on 21 bogus charges and praise a higher power I had a jury. Police abusing power and violating the law under the color of law is a real problem in the USA. And nothing justifies it.
