@migasaguiar It isn't the banjo it is the terrible built in mics on consumer camcorders. Check him out on some better sounding videos. Just search his name and banjo, you'll find them. Just stay away from the black and white one...it isn't him and the older fellow is rather avante garde.

Ron's banjo has an excellent tone, in my opinion much better than the others.
The kid is amazing, but I hate his banjo's tone.

Note: Daniel and his family play all over Southern Ohio. Keep an eye out for them they are great and I think this is one that he plays with his family.

The guy in the red shirt is Jason Johnson former mandolin player from Audie Blaylock & Redline. He used to play banjo for Joe Isaacs & David Marshall.
