Hey guy and gals...Toryn's band For The Taking has a new band fanpage on Facebook...Let's show our support! Search 'For The Taking Street Team' and hit the "like" button... : )

Agreed. It's quite obvious that is he is. The audio is identical to that on the album recording. For those who think otherwise because you're a child whose ears haven't fully developed, or you haven't listened to them enough...sync up both audio sets and hear for yourself. @shaggyb - you're the tool who can't hear. Many artists use studio-recorded samples during live performance, perhaps in this case Brett had a health problem or something else that prevented him from singing?

Does anyone know when this was recorded?

He's not lip syncing you tool, the audio on the whole video isn't synced. Sharon's audio is the same way. It doesn't match up with her mouth.
-
@BigBlueNation7 yeah he does because it souns way better and fuller then the first verse
-
hes lip synching. watch around 1:48 when he says me. he pulls out before his voice stops
-

Brett's voice was never shot. This was a rumor that turned out to be a lie. He had to relearn how to sing before the recording of Natural Selection because he had fixed his deviated septum.
