When I watched this movie for the first time, I thought, "well, this guy doesn't look like John, but it's about John Lennon, and my duty as an obsessive Beatlemaniac requires me to watch it." I sat in my chair talking in all in. I found that in certain glimpses Johnson just consumed the spirit of John Lennon. All of the actors and actresses were fantastic. A great score along with some great classic melodies! A truly good film, whether you like the Beatles or not!

This was a great movie! Who cares if Aaron Johson doesn't look like John Lennon? Joaquin Phoenix didn't look like Johnny Cash. What's important is they captured the essence and spirit of people who are no longer with us but still make an impact in people's lives.
