nice vid but should be taken slower first with flow then as u get better speed comes, also think of your arms as swords so that u r executing the techniques as cuts rather than strikes using your center and hips to get good ki flow.

Thank you for posting this. I can now practice the order of the movements in my spare time.
-
what i trying to say is in certain move he made...he focus of the execution of above body....means hands, turn and etc...the problem is the focus not balance with is foots......means steping and etc...

Not sure what you mean by "ki" correct. The exercise is practiced such that the motion of the body and the motion of the tegatana stop at the same time, so that the full energy of both is transferred to the strike.
-
the movement is correct and good but the flow of the step and the execution of the movement is not...it should be "ki" correct it.....

Big THANKS for this video!
Flow and movement are correct, but the tying to the center/hip movement is out of synch. The movements are sword cuts and we all know that the sword is fueled by body movement not arm. If your knot of your obi is leading your exercise, then you are executing good technique. As a suggestion to great technique, practice should be slow...speed will come with proficiency, not the antithesis.
