Bible Bump Removal (goodbye ganglion cyst)

Highly recommend the book smashing cure for bible bumps. I asked a doctor for advice and he told me there is no problem with smashing ganglion long as you don't break your wrist in the process.

Was it painful?
The smashing of the ganglion did not hurt but wrist was sore for rest of the day.

Does the bump completely go away?
Yes there is a little puddle of ganglion goop after the smashing still visible under skin but goes away within a few days.

Did it return?
No, and it has been a couple months. My wrist feels great.

Complications?
I thought I was growing an attachment to my ganglion, I started to become obsessed with touching it. I know when I started talking to it I had a problem. I decided she had to go. Do I miss her? No.

If you have one smash it! you will be glad you did!

This is stupid and dangerous -- you're violently rupturing a pocket of trapped fluid around a tendon that's critical to hand/finger movement. Smashing it forces the synovial fluid - hard - into the surrounding tissue where there's no room for it -- you can do some serious damage and possibly lose function in one or more fingers.

Try a doctor (I have) - 10 minutes in the office to numb it and drain with a needle. And you don't have to worry about wrecking your "driving" finger. >;-)

You should know that this method did work and it has been a year and my wrist is perfect and no bump ever came back. So happy I did not spend the money on surgery and end up with a scar.

I had mine for about 6 months. If it is not squishy not sure I would use this method might hurt quite a bit. good luck.
