I totally sympathize with you Blum. People can be so cruel and not even aware of it. Whatever happened to the golden rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Exercise / treadmill helps relieve some of the tension so maybe try that.

Thanks for sharing!...been going through some stuff at work myself...it hasn't reached to the extent of where you were at...at the same time...it is getting difficult. I'm so stubborn...at least when it comes to what I believe in. I'm pretty good at politics and getting along...at the same time...in my field of work integrity is very important...and there are some things I'm not bending on. Well...that puts me in the hot water with those that aren't performing...and what can I do?.Just ride!

Just saw your video and I want to say that office politics has affected the way my career turned out (bumpy). Hope you are feeling better and wiser now. Office politics are part and parcel of work. Sometimes, what we have to do is tp try to learn to deal with the. My keyword here is 'try' - there are times when it gets too much and probably not worth your losing your health over. Do go through some of it and - trust me - when you are older, you'll find more of a breeze to handle it.
