A quick review of the latest HEROES episode 'Shadowboxing'.

The review sums up my reactions after immediately watching the episode for the first time. I didn't realize until I'd completely finished the video that I'd almost completely left out the Rebecca and Gretchen story line.

Any opinions or theories are COMPLETELY welcomed (and appreciated).

I also apologize for the dog barking (and the doorbell) at the end of the video. It's not a big deal and certainly doesn't affect the video, but, still...

I do not own any material seen or discussed; this video is purely for entertainment purposes.

Don't forget to review, and if you're feeling generous, subscribe!

  • his name is Renee' they have said it a few times

Yeah. That's the problem with making videos immeditately after watching them; you miss quite a few things that you normally would have caught.

I definitely think Renee is a fitting name, though. I still think it's odd that they actually call him by his name now compared to three seasons of just the Haitian.

  • I know it was something that started with an R, but I wasn't quite sure what they said. I didn't even catch she had said a name until it had already happened (surprise, I think).

When I rewatched the episode, I heard Sylar mention that though I hadn't caught it the first time. I made this video immediately following the episode trying to focus more on the immediate reaction than one where I've watched the episode more, and heard others opinions.

I haven't seen them, I'll check them out.

  • Claire called the Haitian Rene or Renee (spelling?). Far ranging percusions would prevent Hiro's meddling I think. He usually ends up stepping on too many butterflys... Sylar did say that he once thought about killing a waitress in that cafe, so it was undone. It would also help explain how Sylar was able to survive the first season's finale.
