  • @APrintezis The North Wing Maverick trike sold for $18K. FlyDiver, llc only does the engines. At today's Euro value a basic JCV-360 with electric start & 100W alternator is $5046. An exhaust system is $394. Prices do not include freight ~$400. See my website for more info.

  • @FlyDiverllc .. 55+ mph range for a part 103 sounds great .. 500 ft/min is decent .. 2 gph is exceptional .. what's the cost of the motor???

  • @damo65

The engine currently has 5 hours on it. climb is estimated at 500 feet/minute but that is strictly the trike manufacturer's estimate. Fuel burn is just under 2 gallons/hour (US). The wing is 140 square feet and medium fast with a trim speed of 55-60 miles/hour. A higher lift wing would increase the climb rate but we were please that there was enough power to drive a faster wing. Entire aircraft weighs 253 pounds so qualifies for our Ultralight rule.

  • Nice...have you got a video of climb-out? what climb rate are you getting?

Also, do you have any fuel burn figures?
