So let's get this right, are there no Chavs/council estates anywhere in Norfolk? I am not entirely sure I believe that. Fact is that despite the local rivalry, both sets of fans come from the same part of the country give or take a few miles, do the same kinds of jobs, read the same papers, each support their local side passionately, and both sides have chavs.
The difference is Norwich are doing very well now, Ipswich poor, but Ipswich have the better overall history by a long way.
