    Just watching American Chopper where they are having to fix the 911 tribute bike and you to wonder why they just didn't move it to higher ground before it went under salt water. It's not like they didn't know the storm was coming and it is a mobile object that can be moved, now they are having to spend all this money which just seems clueless. You can't move piping, and certian things but you can move a bike, sounds like bad or no planning ahead. Stupid is as stupid doesn't do.
